Some people say it takes 21 days to build a new habit and other research has shown it can take up to 66 days. either way, 3 weeks to 2 months is a long time! Especially in our busy world. What if you could have simple system to help you in building your new habits?
I’ve struggled to create habits that I felt were important to my personal development and health.
I’ll admit to having been a little overwhelmed by all the various sources of information available to us. Don’t get me wrong, I love it and wouldn’t change it but keeping it all organized was pretty challenging.
I have several blogs that I subscribe to, twitter articles that I want to read and not to mention the random great article that I want to read. Also, I love ebooks and Amazon kindle books.
I could easily spend all day reading. But I can’t and probably you can’t either. I had to do something about it.
I developed a system to organize and keep track of all my reading material.
I’ve found a great app to help me envision my future. I always loved the concept of a vision board but never really was able to make it work for me. Cutting and pasting paper had so many inherent limitations that I just never wanted to try it. I wanted something that was fast, flexible and portable. I found an app that does all this.
I’m a visual person and this board helps to “see” my world as I would want it to be.
